Mary recently became a mom to her baby boy Theo this past October which was very fitting, since she loves all things Halloween and horror! She was even married on Friday the 13th. Needless to say, she can't wait to throw some fun birthday parties in the future! She also loves going on hikes with her husband Mathew and their golden retriever Max. She loves being outside as much as possible as long as it isn't winter! She is enjoying her new-found family time and is trying to soak it in as much as possible. While balancing new motherhood and work is challenging, she is so excited to be back helping her clients!
She has been a massage therapist for 7 years, 5 of them practicing out of Able Hands. She loves working one on one with clients to help them feel their absolute best. She incorporates all that she learns into her massage sessions, from trigger point work, reflexology, and craniosacral techniques to warm bamboo massage. She believes that self-care is absolutely crucial to living a balanced life. She prides herself on her dedication to making all of her clients comfortable and feel that they get the most out of their sessions. She looks forward to building her massage practice while building her family.
